photo::Kim Simonsson Ghost Dog Photo: Kim Simonsson Two Children Resting at Bonfire この日、あなたはキム・シモンソンに出会う。シモンソンはフィンランド、アラビア製陶所で作陶。美術家村上隆の彫刻や日本のアニメに影響を受けた作品を制作して、彫刻家として揺るぎない人気を誇る。近年はモスピープルのシリーズで苔の肌触りを思わせる子どもたちを森の中、水の流れ、雪の積もる林、壊れたフェンス脇、朽ちかけた木の橋などのセッティングに配したイメージと共に「Tales of the Moss People」という物語を生み出した。本展覧会ではモスピープルの子どもたちや金色の水たまりにジャンプする少女、ピューマを思わせる美しいゴーストドッグなどの作品が出品されている。
